I specialize in individual therapy working on issues with anxiety, depression, relationships, socialization, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), caregiver burnout, and psychosis. Receiving my master's degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I bring a strong clinical and cognitive perspective into my treatment.
I like to focus on personal determination, values, and insight. Trained in REBT, CBT, client-centered therapy, and ACT, incorporating a psycho-education and stoicism philosophy. My goal in treatment is to make my clients fully self-sufficient in understanding and managing their individual issues.
